E-Mail configuration

How to set up an e-mail account is different with every e-mail program. However, they all have the same basic settings:

POP Server: mail.your-domain.com
SMTP Server: mail.your-domain.com
Username: username@your-domain.com
Password: password for the mailbox

Please ensure to check regularly your mailbox. Even if you have a very large memory - your mailboxes can fill it in a short time. Here you will find a detailed manual.

Webmail

No matter where you are! With Webmail and any Internet browser, you can receive or send your e-mails.

You can reach Webmail on: http://www.your-domain.com/webmail

Enter your "username" (username@your-domain.com) and in the field "password" the appropriate password.

Here you can read your e-mails by clicking on the subject of the mail. To write a new mail, click on "New" in the left navigation. If you want to delete an e-mail, click in the box behind the mail to delete mail. IMPORTANT: Empty regularly your trash bin.

MySQL

To contect to your MySQL database:

MySQL Host : localhost.localdomain
MySQL Database : your-domain_com_-_
MySQL Username : YourSiteadminLogin
MySQL Password : YourSiteadminPasswort

FTP

If you want to upload your files to your account, you will need an FTP program. The "FTP client" is your connection to your Web account. It handles the up- or downloading files.

Enter the following parameters:

Label for site: your-domain.com
FTP Host Address: ftp.your-domain.com
FTP site Username: username@your-domain.com
FTP site Password: FTP password
FTP site connection port: 21

Canceling your hosting account

To cancel your hosting account, please fill out our form at least 1 month before the anniversary of the contract and fax it to +352 20 20 2110.
